Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 8, 2026
Your privacy matters to us. This page explains what information Melt N Dip collects when you visit our website or request a catering quote, how we use it — including for Google Analytics and Google Ads — and the choices available to you. For questions about our Terms & Conditions, see that page instead.
1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how Delight Enterprises LLC, doing business as Melt N Dip(“Melt N Dip,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit delightenterprisesllc.com (the “Site”), request a catering quote, or otherwise interact with us online. We are a dessert catering and retail business based in Palos Park, Illinois, and we operate in the United States and are subject to U.S. law.
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly. When you submit a contact inquiry, request a catering quote, or reach out by phone or email, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, event type and date, and any details you choose to share about your event or order.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, and the dates and times of your visit. This is collected using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies described in Section 4 below.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to catering inquiries, quote requests, and general questions;
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services;
- Understand how visitors use the Site (via Google Analytics) and measure the performance of our advertising (via Google Ads);
- Show you relevant ads for Melt N Dip on other websites and apps (remarketing), and measure whether those ads led to a visit or inquiry (conversion tracking);
- Comply with legal obligations and protect the security of the Site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for any purpose incompatible with the ones described here without notifying you.
6. Data Retention & Security
We retain the information you submit through contact and quote forms for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, keep records of our business dealings, and meet legal or accounting requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices & Rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us not to use it for future marketing communications, by contacting us using the details in Section 10. If you are a resident of a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law (such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or Utah), you may have additional rights under that law, including the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion. We will respond to verified requests consistent with applicable law.
We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, as there is no common industry standard for how to interpret them.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party sites (for example, social media or map/directions providers). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.
10. Changes to This Policy & Contact Us
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
