• Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation, including through automated scraping or bots;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact or quote forms.

Submitting a catering quote request or contact form through the Site is an inquiry only — it does not create a binding order, contract, or reservation. Pricing shown or estimated through the Site (including any quote estimator) is approximate and subject to change based on event details, availability, and final confirmation with our team. A catering booking is only confirmed once we have agreed on details and, where applicable, received any required deposit directly from you.

Purchases made in person at our Palos Park storefront are governed by the policies in effect at our store at the time of purchase, not by these Terms.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photos, and the Melt N Dip and Delight Enterprises LLC names and marks — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share content from the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as maps, social media, or delivery/reservation partners) that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party site.
